Why Nodo
With Nodo, things no longer slip.
You remember things at random times, save links you never revisit, and quietly avoid tasks you know matter. Nodo captures the thought, gives it structure, and brings it back when it counts.
The list you wrote on Sunday doesn't text you on Wednesday. Nodo does.
Ideas you typed once and never saw again come back when they're useful — not when you remember to scroll.
ChatGPT waits for your prompt. Nodo nudges you back to what you said mattered.
How it works
Text it once. Nodo keeps it alive.
Nodo works through the simplest interface you already use: a WhatsApp thread.
Send anything
Text Nodo tasks, ideas, reminders, links, and random thoughts the moment they hit you.
Nodo gives it structure
Nodo sorts what you send into priorities, reminders, ideas, backlog items, and brain dumps.
Nodo brings it back
Nodo sends you morning briefs, reminders, nudges, and weekly reviews so the right things come back at the right time.
No app download
What it looks like.
Just a WhatsApp thread.
- A morning brief that names the 3 things that matter today
- One-tap replies that re-rank, defer, or close items
- Gentle nudges when you keep pushing off the same thing
- A weekly review that surfaces what kept slipping
1. Finalize pricing page copy — due today
2. Review Alex's design mockups — promised by noon
3. Send investor update — you've deferred this twice
The Nodo difference
Not another inbox. Not another to-do app.
Email, Slack, and task apps are full of what other people want from you. Nodo is about helping you follow through on what you decide matters.
"Nodo helps you keep promises to yourself — quietly, consistently, and without another app to manage."

What is Nodo
What is Nodo?
Nodo is an AI accountability buddy that lives inside WhatsApp. Text it tasks, reminders, ideas, links, goals, and brain dumps. Nodo organizes everything and follows up when it matters.
How is Nodo different from a to-do app?
To-do apps wait for you to come back and manage them. Nodo lives where you already text, captures things naturally as they come up, and proactively brings them back so nothing slips.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Nodo works inside WhatsApp — no new app, no new account, no new password.
What can I send
What can I send Nodo?
Tasks, reminders, ideas, goals, links, follow-ups, priorities, and messy brain dumps. Nodo turns them into something easier to track — and asks for more detail only when it helps. See the full how-to page for real examples.
What if I send a link?
Nodo bookmarks it. It fetches the title, categorizes by source (Instagram, YouTube, articles, tools, and more), and stores it so you can search later. You can also ask: "show me my bookmarks".
Can Nodo remind me about things?
Yes. Ask for a time-based reminder ("remind me to follow up with Alex at 2pm on Friday") and Nodo pings you at exactly that time. Reminders without a specific time surface in your morning brief on the day they're due.
Can Nodo help me prioritize?
Yes. Ask "what's on my plate?", "what should I focus on today?", or "what's due this week?" and Nodo replies in the same thread.
When will Nodo message me
Does Nodo message proactively? When can I expect to hear from it?
Yes — that's the whole point. Beyond replying to what you send, Nodo sends three kinds of proactive messages:
- A daily morning brief at your chosen time (default 8 AM).
- A weekly review once a week (default Sunday 7 PM).
- Time-pinned reminders at the exact moment you asked for (e.g., "remind me Friday at 4 PM").
Everything proactive is opt-in: you say yes once during activation and can opt out anytime with STOP. You can also change timing anytime — "change my morning brief to 7 AM".
What are morning briefs?
A short message every morning listing the 1–3 things that matter today, any reminders due that day, and anything overdue that quietly slipped. You can reply to defer items, mark things done, or change what to focus on — all in the same thread.
What are weekly reviews?
Once a week, Nodo sends a recap of what you finished, the priorities heading into the next week, and a pruning prompt for items you keep deferring without doing. The goal isn't to add more — it's to keep your list honest.
Privacy & control
Does Nodo read my other WhatsApp messages?
No. Nodo is a separate WhatsApp contact and can only see the messages you send directly to it. We can't see your other chats.
Why did Nodo ask me to reply YES the first time?
Meta's WhatsApp policy requires explicit consent before any service can message you proactively (morning briefs, weekly reviews, reminders). Saying YES is what activates those — you can text STOP anytime to turn them off.
Is my data private?
We don't sell your data or share message content with other users. Trusted providers handle delivery (Meta/WhatsApp), AI replies (our LLM provider), and storage (Supabase) — none of them use your messages to train models. See the full privacy policy for the complete provider list, what we collect, and your export and deletion rights.
Can I stop Nodo from messaging me?
Yes. Text STOP to Nodo anytime — it stops all proactive messages immediately. Your items stay safe. Reply START or ACTIVATE whenever you want to come back.
Can I pause Nodo while I'm on vacation?
Yes. Text "pause until Friday", "pause until June 20", or "pause from June 10 to June 20" — Nodo stops all proactive messages (briefs, reminders, weekly reviews) until the end of the window, then comes back on its own. Text resume to unpause early. Different from STOP: pause is temporary and your settings stay intact; STOP opts you out completely.
Pricing & limits
Is Nodo free?
You start with a 10-day free trial — no charge until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. After that it's $10/month, our early-adopter rate. Early users keep the $10 rate going forward.
Is there a daily message limit?
You have 40 messages per day (counting both yours and Nodo's replies). Nodo warns you when you have 5 messages left. Your items are always safe — they pick up the next day.
Can I see all my items in one place?
Yes. Visit getnodo.ai/list — Nodo texts you a 6-digit sign-in code, no password. The web view is best for batch edits, weekly pruning, or scanning everything at once.
Getting started
What should I send Nodo first?
Anything you don't want to forget. Here's one example for each kind of thing Nodo tracks:
- Priority — "Finish the investor update by Friday"
- Backlog — "Eventually redo my LinkedIn bio"
- Idea — "Idea: side project for tracking books I want to read"
- Reminder — "Remind me to follow up with Alex at 2pm on Friday"
- Brain dump — "I keep saying yes to dinners I don't actually want to go to"
- Bookmark — paste any link and Nodo auto-titles it
Once you're activated, Nodo guides you through your first capture.
