The service

Nodo is a WhatsApp-based productivity assistant operated by Value Add Capital LLC. You text it tasks, ideas, reminders, and bookmarks; it organizes them and texts you back with daily briefs and weekly reviews.

Beta status

Nodo is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We aim for stability but do not guarantee uptime, message delivery timing, or feature completeness.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Nodo. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nodo to send spam, harass others, or violate any law.
• Attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the service's operation.
• Send content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• Share sensitive information like payment cards, IDs, financial accounts, or protected health information via WhatsApp (we don't request these and you shouldn't send them).

Message rate limits

Beta users are limited to 40 messages per day (counting both your messages and Nodo's replies). Limits exist to keep the service affordable and may change as the service evolves.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any Nodo WhatsApp message to opt out. You'll receive a single confirmation, then no further messages. Reply START or ACTIVATE to come back. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you send Nodo (tasks, ideas, notes, etc.). You grant us a license to store, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your content or share it with other Nodo users.

No warranty

Nodo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Value Add Capital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nodo. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Nodo at any time by replying STOP via WhatsApp or by emailing us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to other users or to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
